Introduction of the Department :
The Department of Instrumental Music (Tabla) is established with the establishment of University. It is an excellent department by the inspection team of UGC and NAAC. Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Ph.D. courses are also running by the department. All Courses are designed as per UGC norm credit system. Course helps to provide higher skill to make the students as an artist in performing of music, Research availability and teaching skill also. Many students are qualifying JRF and NET Conducted by UGC. Students achieve awards in music competition. A well established Audio recording studio (Veena Vadini) is available in the department. Subject has proved very useful for the education of handicapped student’s specially in the reference of Visually and physically challenged. It is very helpful to provide employment for students.
